Physical activity guidelines for adults:
There are four steps for better health for adults, Together, steps one to three recommended the minimum, amount of physical activity you need to do to enhance your health, they are not intended for high level fitness, sports training or weight loss. To achieve best results, try to carry out all three steps and combine an active lifestyle with healthy eating.

Step: 1. Think of movement as an opportunity, not an inconvenience,Where any form of movement of the body is seen as an opportunity for improving health, not as wasting inconvenience.
Step.2. Be active every day in as many ways as you can; Make a habit of walking or cycling instead of using the car, or do things yourself instead of using labour-saving Machines.
Step:3. Put together at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity on most, preferably all, days, you can accumulate your 30 minutes or more, throughout the day by combining a few shorter sessions of activity at about 10 to 15 minutes each.

Planting Carrots for Healthy Eating
Today We are going to Prepare the ground ready to plant Top Weight Carrots, which are a disease resistant Carrot with long stems and thick Tubers, ideal for eating cooked, or Baked, or put into stews, casseroles, almost any way you want them, and are some times very difficult to grow, but with care and good management from us Gardeners, we can help you become a very successful at it.
Also before we plant the seeds we need to dig the soils over which have been laying idol over winter months with rotting Organic and Animal Manure, in which has been dug into the soil during the Autumn, and allowed to break down, now is the time to churn it all up and bring it into a nice workable bed for the Planting Carrots for Healthy Eating; baby seeds to be laid to rest to allow to germinate, and shoot through top of the ground, and then you know you have succeeded in your quest to grow them.
First we dig the soil get all the weeds out and feel that nice workable soil in your hands, its no good working in the garden if the soil is too wet and gooey, to work as it only sticks to your hands and makes a mess of your clothes and Boots; So always wait till soil is drying out, and is warming up as if you plant seeds in wet soggy cold soil they will rot and disappoint you, even discourage you from replanting so be a patient gardener and wait for the right time and surprise not only yourself but other in the family.
Ok now we have dug it over and removed all the weeds now its time, to rake it to make it nice and smooth not to many lumps of soil but nice ever pliable easy to handle, and a good way to know if its ready to plant seeds in is if when you get a hand full and squeeze your hand, and it doesn't stick in a big clump; but will release, easy good .
Next we now measure out the rows we can get per bed , but before that make up your mind what kind of bed you want to use , meaning do you want raised beds meaning a hump in the middle to allow water to drain off when rains, or do you want, a flat bed, my own general purpose is for a raised bed to allow water to drain away easy when it rains, then your seeds will not get d round, in water.
Ok next we measure our rows out to about 12 inches apart giving plenty of room for Planting Carrots for Healthy Eating, to be cultivated between the rows and also feeding organic Waste from cages every 7 days for quick growth, a free growing Carrot, that healthy will taste much better when eaten. And a faster growing vegetable looks better seeing gardens flourishing gives the gardener something to poke his chest out and be happy his plants have responded to his help.
So now its time to start planting, and see if we are as good as we plan to be, and if you are then people will want to ask you questions, and know you will be able to let them know the answers, because you have done it by experiences, and by teaching them like this and keeping it updated every day, and if you require an email each week with tips and tricks to making your garden better then I'm happy to give them to you.
Now we have opened the rows up and planted the seeds into each row, don't plant the seeds to thick because that a waste, meaning when seeds all come through the soil after about between 14 and 21 days, and grow to about 2 centimetre high you then have to thin them out as to allow stronger ones to grow so how I sow them is sparingly and thin you usually have about 2000 seeds per packet,The Best Planting Carrots for Healthy Eating you can grow, disease free. so keep weeding and Planting, till next time you be blessed.

Feeling Even Better
Hi and welcome to my Blog about being Turbo Charged with Health, and today Just because I changed the way I eat my Food, as over the years I have read a lot of people research, and decided, to check it all out myself,
Just to see what all the fuss was about, and my findings were that what I was finding was that they were not all wrong, in the very beginning when people grew their own foods, they used no to cook it at all I remember my Grandparents saying to my Mother May as was her name said to her why do you boil the Guts out of all your nice clean fresh vegetable.
And her words were to this effect its the way I was always taught, see Generational Problems creep into our way of life, Oh I do it because my Mom, or Mum, used to do it that way, so I searched for more info from my Grandparents, and found that my Grandmother never cooked their Vegetables only washed them well,and used to grate them and eat them Raw.
Now my Grandpa, and Grandma, never had many problems with skin diseases, or any allergies of any kind, and being Dairy Farmers never even used any of their Milk cream or any of the Products, from that side of the Farm, and was often talked about being crazy having all that rich food around and not partaking of it, and so after more research, found out that my Grandmother was a Dietision, for Healthy Eating and keeping Well.
So that's the reason I now have changed my way of Eating, But My Wife will not change, she tells me the look of it in a Glass after I've Juiced it up is enough to turn her stomach, but she knows that I have been sick for many years of our 31years of Marriage, with Bronchiolitis, and Asthma, but since I've Changed to all Live and Raw; Fruit and Vegetables, and Juices, She has noticed a whole lot of changes to my life.
So I'm hoping it will Change her mind, as well as she has not been 100% in her life she has suffered quite a bit, with skin Disease called Psoriasis, and a Break Down from Nervous System, and being on Medication causes much over weight to form, which Doctors are always Prescribing, to so many People, with Problems, its the easy way out for Doctor's and Medical Practitioners these days.
This is causing a lot of Obese People around the World, they need to wake up and take notice all their training to become the best young Doctor's they can be but don't get caught up in all the Hype that this Medication will fix the Problem, go to your Books search and do a lot of Research People depend on you, and Pay your Wages, so Doctors you are on Notice take good Care of them.
Also I have gradually, gone off all Processed Foods, and for Milk I Grind up Almond Nuts to Provide milk for my Drinks, and also for a change I use Coconut to Grind up into milk as well, for a Sweeter I use Stevia, a herb, and its very exciting all the new things I'm Learning with my now new Life, so please leave a Comment, or write something good for others to know as I want all those who are into living a better way, to share with me and my friends on this Blog, thank You.

Turbo charged with Health:
All I can say is Wow, I never thought of this way of eating could be so valuable and give so much in the way of being so Healthy, what am I talking about you say well, its about eating the right Fuel, for my body to help overcome all those Na sties, that have tried to take over and make me so ill, over the last 40 Years eating all that processed foods, and all that stuff we are lied to about say its good for us, and good for your Bones, and calcium, what am i talking about Dairy foods Milk, cream, fats all that stuff is for baby Calves not Baby Humans.
Since I have suffered all my Life, eating and drinking Dairy foods, and Processed foods and Vegetables Meats, Soft Drinks, Coke, fruit, and was diagnosed with Asthma, ear Infections High Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure, and when younger Hyperactive, Why well all the bad stuffs in red Cordial, Chemicals in the food, And thats why God gave Man a Brain to use it to Research out, The right Foods He Teaches in His word to eat, and what not to eat.
Ok now that is why I decieded to go on a Raw Fruit and Vegetable Diet, to be Honest with you I have gone Vegetairian, no Red Meat, no Processed Foods, No Dairy foods,, see your body is like a Motor Car you would not put sugar and milk in the petrol tank and expect it to run smoothly would you So why would you put bad Food into your body and expect it to be Healthy, but thats your Decision, but its not mine and since I've gone With Raw Fruit, and raw Vegetables and juices, To learn more about what I'm on about , and get info on how to get your Body healthy again, with out all the Hype click on this link below.
